Ingredients
Slices of yam, Plantains or Cocoyams
Palm oil
Chopped spinach or ugu
Onion (1 small)
Crayfish (optional)
Pepper (blended or dry)
Seasoning cube
Salt to taste
Preparation
Peel and boil yam with salt until soft.
In a pan, heat palm oil and sauté onions till fragrant.
Add pepper, seasoning, and stir.
Mix in crayfish and spinach.
Let simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Serve beside soft yam slices.
