About the Recipe
This isn’t just noodles — this is what you cook when the silence in your room feels too loud.
When you’re not sure if you’re hungry or just tired… but either way, you need warmth.
The sizzle of sausage, the swirl of egg, the heat of pepper — it fills more than your stomach.
It fills the space.

1 pack of Indomie (or any instant noodles)
1 egg
2 sausages, sliced
¼ onion, chopped
Green bell pepper, thinly sliced

In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions and bell peppers till soft.
Add sausage slices and fry until golden.
Toss in the drained noodles and seasoning. Mix gently.
In a corner of the pan, crack the egg, scramble lightly, and fold into the noodles.
