This version of fried rice is less party, more peace. It nourishes and comforts with every bite.

Ingredients

  • Rice

  • Carrots

  • Sweet corn

  • Peas

  • Grilled chicken

  • Coleslaw.

Preparation

  • Cook and cool rice.

  • Stir-fry veggies, then add rice and seasoning.

  • Grill chicken chunks.

  • Plate with a scoop of coleslaw.
