Ingrédients
Instant noodles
Carrots, green & red pepper
Onion
Oil
Seasoning from noodle pack
Eggs
Chili flakes
Préparation
Boil noodles halfway and set aside.
Sauté vegetables in oil, add noodles and seasoning.
Toss till well mixed.
In a separate pan, fry spicy omelette.
Serve both hot and side by side.
