This is that “I’ve got flavour, and I’m not sorry” kind of meal. The veggies don’t just decorate — they bring the crunch. The sausage? Smoky. And the grilled chicken? It holds your stare before it touches your fork. Everything on this plate is intentional. Every bite says, “I may be tired, but I still deserve to eat good.” This isn’t lunch. This is bounce-back food.

Ingrédients

  • Spaghetti

  • Green peas, corn, carrots

  • Bell peppers

  • Onion

  • Sausage (cubed)

  • Chili flakes

  • Garlic

  • Oil

  • Grilled chicken thigh

  • Seasoning cubes

Préparation

  • Cook spaghetti al dente and drain.

  • Sauté onion and garlic in oil.

  • Add veggies and sausage; stir-fry briefly.

  • Add spaghetti, chili flakes, seasoning — toss till coated.

  • Grill chicken separately.

  • Plate and serve hot.
